Q-Cards – Three Card Draw

Today, I did a three card draw with my deck of Q-Cards. These are the cards I drew:

• This Could Be Bad
• Share The Wealth
• Separation

Hmmmm…… This could be interpreted in a couple of different ways. Perhaps, it means that giving something away would be a bad thing – maybe it would cause separation anxiety or something. Or, maybe, it would be a good thing to be generous by giving time, money or something else because that would prevent a bad thing in the form of a separation or some kind. It’s one of those ambiguous messages.

I was thinking of giving one of my cameras to my son and DIL – maybe, I’m not quite ready to part with it yet.

*A new meaning for these three cards just occured to me: I think this might refer to our taxes. We had to pay this year and it was hard to write that check to send to the IRS!*

The Q-Cards are a very light-hearted, irreverent oracle deck of 50 cards. They are fun to play around with because they come up with some very off the wall messages. They aren’t a very serious oracle but they are fun! Also, sometimes, they really hit the nail on the head. Here are some more examples of the cards:

They don’t come with a LWB  – just a couple of cards with instructions. I do like the methods they give for drawing the cards:

I like to  use this deck when you want to have some fun with the cards and not get into anything too deep. It might be a good deck for teens that wanted to get started with card reading – it isn’t spooky, there is no nudity and it’s kind of “hip”.
